The Post-9/11 GI Bill helps veterans that served on or after 9/11 get the training they need to move ahead with their civilian life. The bill not only pays for your college but if you choose to get your degree at a lower price school you can pass on any unused money to your spouse or descendants! I think that is incredible.

Many of todays college students are opting for a less traditional experience because they need to continue with working full time so they can still make ends meet. Online colleges are proving to be a fast growing trend. They can still be very expensive though.

You could have the flexibility of an online school, receive federal grant money, and if you use the Post-9/11 GI Bill you could have some money leftover to transfer to a dependant. Talk about a win-win situation!
